The Role

We're on the lookout for an ambitious Paid Social Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our experienced Director of Paid Social. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful work across multiple DTC brands using the latest tools and technologies.

 

What You'll Be Doing

Creative Strategy

  • Ideate ad creative scripts/briefs across different client verticals, focusing on compelling hooks and engaging storytelling.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor creatives to test strategies relevant to each brand.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to ensure seamless execution of ad creative concepts that follow brand guidelines.

 

Campaign Management

  • Dive into optimizing paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Tiktok for various brands.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad elements like hooks and messaging to identify high-performing variations.
  • Get creative with drafting compelling ad briefs and picking visuals that grab attention.

 

Analytics and Optimization

  • Learn to use and interpret in-house holistic data/AI tools that track channel performance.
  • Keep an eye on campaign metrics and help turn insights into action for optimization.
  • Assist in creating performance reports and presentations that showcase our success and continued next steps/strategy to clients.

 

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with our awesome internal teams—creative, strategy, data—to create beautiful, high performing ads for various brands.
  • Communicate with clients under the wing of our director, making sure they're thrilled with our work.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and best practices in paid media advertising.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital advertising (internships and relevant coursework count)
  • A basic grasp of paid social media platforms and marketing funnels.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution platforms (Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Northbeam) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and personal growth.
