Additional Data We Collect
The Brief Newsletter
When you subscribe to The Brief, our performance marketing newsletter, we collect your email address. We use this solely to send newsletter issues. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact Forms
When you submit a contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the information you include in your message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and, if appropriate, to follow up about our services.
LuckyTools — Client Data Processing
LuckyRev offers a marketing analytics platform called LuckyTools. When clients subscribe to LuckyTools, they grant LuckyRev access to their advertising and analytics accounts, which may include Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). In this context, LuckyRev acts as a data processor on behalf of the client business (the data controller). We access and process this data solely to provide the LuckyTools service, do not use client account data for our own marketing purposes, and do not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service. Clients retain ownership of all data within their connected accounts.
