LuckyRev was built by people who spent years at large agencies watching good work get diluted by volume. We wanted something different: a team where everyone is senior, the client relationships are real, and the measurement is honest.

Paid Social Strategist

You'll own paid social strategy across Meta and TikTok for a portfolio of DTC brands. You know how to read data, brief creative, and move quickly when something stops working.

  • 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience with DTC brands
  • Comfortable managing $50K+ monthly ad spend independently
  • Strong creative instincts — you know a good brief from a bad one
  • Analytical, not allergic to spreadsheets
  • Experience with TikTok Ads a plus
